The liquid filling machine must be installed, operated and repaired by full-time personnel. Before installation, operation, maintenance and inspection, please read the operation manual carefully for correct use. Precautions for operation safety of liquid filling machine:

(1) Before starting the liquid filling machine, check the equipment ground wire, check whether there is air leakage in the moving pipeline, whether the air pipe is broken, etc;

(2) Clean the filling machine equipment, keep the appearance of the filling machine clean, often remove the accumulated materials on the scale body, and pay attention to the cleanliness in the electric control cabinet;

(3) Replace the lubricating oil for the motor every year, check the tightness of the chain and adjust the tension in time;

(4) During production, we should often patrol and observe the filling mechanical parts to see whether the rolling and lifting are normal, whether there is abnormality, and whether the screws are loose;

(5) The sensor of the liquid filling machine is a high-precision, high sealing and high-sensitivity equipment. It is forbidden to impact and overload. It shall not be touched during operation. It is forbidden to disassemble unless required by maintenance;

(6) If the liquid filling machine is not used for a long time, be sure to empty the materials in the pipeline and clean the pipeline with clean water.
